Anna Spence

Anna Spence (she/her) is an academic by day and a writer and maker by compulsion. Her prose and poetry have appeared in a number of online literary journals such as Emerge Literary Journal, Ellipsis Zine and Spotlong Review, and pieces are forthcoming in anthologies from Gutslut Press and the London Writing Salon. As a visual artist, she was privileged to do the cover painting for Ankh Spice’s wonderful poetry collection, The Water Engine, and she has made pen and ink illustrations for forthcoming book and online publications.
