Doug Wilson Garry

Doug Wilson Garry is an award-winning poet based in Edinburgh. He has toured internationally as a performance poet and was part of the first non-North American poetry slam team to compete at CUPSI in Austin, Texas, where his team won the Spirit of the Slam award. He has been the support act for poets including Buddy Wakefield, Neil Hilborn, Shane Koyczan and Hollie McNish. Doug has written commissions for organisations including BBC Radio 4, The Edinburgh International Film Festival, and The British National Gallery. His work has previously been published by Coin Operated Press, Green Ink Poetry and Atrium.
