Joaquin Soliven

Joaquin Soliven goes by Soli. He grew up in Baguio, a city in the Philippines that started out as a combination gold mine and summer retreat for officials during the American period. It is about an hour's drive from the town of San Fernando which looks out into the Philippine Sea. He spent a sizable chunk of his childhood here as well
