Steven Wingate

Steven Wingate’s books include the novels Of Father and Fire (2019) and The Leave-Takers (2021), both part of the University of Nebraska Press Flyover Fiction Series. His hybrid genre work includes the interactive digital memoir daddylabyrinth , which premiered at the ArtScience Museum of Singapore in 2014. He is professor of English and coordinator or creative writing at South Dakota State University. As he nears retirement from academia he finds himself gravitating back toward his first love, music.
