Caroline Hall
Caroline Hall (they/she) is a sapphic nonbinary writer from Connecticut.…
perhaps i am more alike than i once thought
to the wisteria that served as my backdrop in childhood photos.
break my bones, branches, stems; and with my yearning
i will find my way back to wrap around your body.
hold your hands out, i’ll reach for them with lavender-tinted
fingers and a heart of molten pastel gold.
and i’ll live there evermore.
