Thank you for supporting The Hyacinth Review. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges. This policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a positive shopping experience for you.

1. Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

All products all products are unique and produced only once ordered, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where the customer has ordered the wrong size, color, or has simply changed their mind.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us at info[at]hyacinthreview.org within 14 days of product delivery and provide clear photos of the issue along with your order information and any other relevant details. Please note that complaints outside of this 14 day timeframe are not covered by our policy.

Please note that there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

In the instance you have received a damaged product, we offer the following options:

Replacement: We’ll replace the item you ordered, subject to availability.
Money Refund: We’ll return the cost of the item to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If your order has not yet arrived please consult the provided tracking information (where applicable) for updates on the delivery status of your order. Please note that we are not responsible for items that are sent to the incorrect address, picked up by the wrong individual, or otherwise not received if the order has been marked as delivered within the provided tracking information. 2. Digital Purchases

All digital purchases are final. This includes, but is not limited to, digital donations, ebooks, and graphics.
